Where are those Spanish/Bulgaria Property Investors?

I don't see any more of those property ads luring british investors on TV to invest in Spanish properties. I wonder if those landlords are hurting and have learnt their lesson.:D

    Many of the off plan purchases have yet to require their next payment. Their problems will lag behind the current issues.

    Average house prices in Murcia (Spain): Sept 2007 €210k; Sept 2008 €206k. Minus 2%.

    FTSE 100: Sept 2007 6486; Sept 2008 4818. Minus 16%.
