HMV Student Discount 08/09

Hi,
Just got back from HMV and was given my HMV Student Discount Card for this year (08/09). The guy in the shop said you can't use your student discount card instore unless you also you bring in either

• NUS Extra or
• Student ID but it MUST HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE AND PHOTO

But if you only shop on-line and haven't got a HMV Student Card then go to "My Details" and you can put in your NUS Card number (has to be extra though), you can put your HMV Card number here aswell to get 10% off.

I went to the one in Kingston the other day, and was told they only accept NUS Extra cards....

Bham did same to me even though they had leaflets on the counter saying you need valid student photo ID no mention of nu extra So i asked to spk to the manager he then proceeded to issue me my student discount card after i showed him the leaflet & my student ID!
