how do i empty deleted items?

Hi guys can anyone tell me how to empty the deleted items on explorer?
I must have quite a collection by now as i keep deleting things but cannot find out how to permemanently get rid.

Right click on your Recycle Bin and choose Empty Recycle Bin

Assuming you mean internet explorer cache and the like download and run CCleaner.

Internet explorer when I delete items they go to a trash or recycle bin which I cannot find nor delte but whihc must be huge by now. On my mac it was obvious but on the pc with xp I cannot find it? Any ideas? thanks for the tips so far!0 -

It SHOULD be on your desktop!

CCleaner will still work even if you can't see your recycle bin, however a quick google suggested this way of restoring it:

Haven't tried it myself as I'm running Vista.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
