how do i empty deleted items?

Hi guys can anyone tell me how to empty the deleted items on explorer?

I must have quite a collection by now as i keep deleting things but cannot find out how to permemanently get rid.

Right click on your Recycle Bin and choose Empty Recycle Bin

Type %temp% in the run box. is that what you mean? Dont delete the folders.

Assuming you mean internet explorer cache and the like download and run CCleaner.

Internet explorer when I delete items they go to a trash or recycle bin which I cannot find nor delte but whihc must be huge by now. On my mac it was obvious but on the pc with xp I cannot find it? Any ideas? thanks for the tips so far!

It SHOULD be on your desktop!

CCleaner will still work even if you can't see your recycle bin, however a quick google suggested this way of restoring it:

Haven't tried it myself as I'm running Vista.
