Excel convertor macro

Is anyone proficient with VB and macros in here?

I have been trying to convert and format some excel data into notepad/csv format as there is load of it using a macro but my skills are not very proficient!!!!

If someone can help in this area then that would be great and if ok will post my query on here?

Doesn't Excel have 'csv' in the 'Save As Type' dropdown in the save file dialog?

It does but I need to reformat the excel file and then save as csv....I have 60 excel files each with 60000 rows !!!!
