If you've done your SOA, there will be a "calculate" button at the bottom, press that then click the MSE button just below that. The resultant popup you will be able to copy and paste into a post here. (Ctrl+A = select all, Ctrl+C = copy, come back and paste into a message - Ctrl+V)
If they are taking you to court over the bank account (or threatening to), i suggest you send a subject access request (SAR - cost £10). They will then need to supply you with a copy of all information they hold on you for the past 6 years including account transactions and documentation. With an overdraft, there will not be a credit agreement but they should have notified you by letter when you received the overdraft of the APR and credit limit - if this is not supplied then you could dispute the debt.
If you are able to reclaim bank charges, even though it won't be resolved until after the test case, you are disputing the amount owed so if they were to take you to court, you could counterclaim for the charges to be repaid - this may make them reconsider taking it to court. The consumeractiongroup will probably have more info on that though. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
