I'm lost with Sky Deals and moving home!

Hi All

I'm moving shortly and am trying to work out what is best regarding my Sky TV and Broadband. I currently get 4 mixes and mid broadband at £20 a month and I'm out of my 12mth contract. I want Sky+.

Question is; do I transfer services for £40 (install fee) then haggle for a Sky+ box or start up as a new customer?

I have looked into it all, but my head is done in after looking at figures and I can't think straight!
