just phoned them and said
'is this the new deal for lone parents helpline'
the woman on the other end said
'i cannot give you that information'
i said i wanted to know more about the new deal/get a better off calculation
'i cant do that says she
'but this is a helpline right?' says i
'you will have to go to your local jobcentre'
