  • Some like PN may be even more pleased to hear that the Sunday Times reports that the second flat is now on sale at £3,500 below the 2002 purchase price.

RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

  • Only an Estate Agent would claim that those flats are IN Clifton, they're not. And they are on a main road next to a petrol station.

Like you tho I always struggle to describe that area as Clifton, Clifton is the area around the bridge and Clifton village to me... not where those flats are!

Id say thats Kingsdown to be honest, maybe even Cotham!

£259000? you would have thought they would have got it for under £250,000, 3% stamp duty and all, mind you it would come as no suprise if some sort of sweetener is used to 'smooth' the sale through.

Come on!. Is someone out there who does not think that they are a pair of absolute " insert your own words".
There is nothing that could happen to that obnoxious pair that would make me feel sorry for them.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.
