You have to write to them, sending a bank statement of the new account and a photocopy of the photo page of your passport. You can do it via secure message and then send the documents in the post.
  • does it explain anywhere on the site that this is the way to do it?

If it is there, I did not find it when I needed to do this earlier in the year.
Thank you for your secure message.

Your linked bank account details can be changed at any time. We need you to send us an original bank statement for the new account dated within the last 3 months; this must show the new account number and sort code as well as your full name and address.

We also need a photocopy of either your driver''s licence or your passport which must show your photograph.

Please send these to: Kaupthing Edge, PO Box 9403, Nottingham, NG9 9DR and allow up to 48 hours for the change to be actioned.

Once the details have been updated we will return your bank statement to you and dispose of your photo id securely.

If you have any further queries, please contact us on 0845 1 31 32 34.
  • Thanks will do as you indicated. Shame one cannot do it on line as per some English Banks. (Sainsburys)
