• Entrants must provide their name, e-mail address and their answer.
• The winners will be selected at random from the correct, qualifying entries.
• The Judge's decision is final.
• No correspondence will be entered into.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted.
• The closing date for entries is 22/10/2008 23:59:00 . Entries received after this date will be discarded.
• Paramount does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK or EIRE.
• The winners will be notified by e-mail by 29/10/2008 23:59:00 . If, for any reason, a winner cannot be contacted or fails to reply to Paramount within a reasonable time then Paramount may declare such win void and select, at random, a substitute winner.
• A winners' list will be posted at www.paramountcomedy.com by 22/11/2008 23:59:00 . In both cases, requests must be received by Paramount before 22/11/2008 23:59:00 .
• The competition is not open to Paramount, Viacom or BSkyB employees or their families. No cash alternatives are available to the prizes.
• The prizes are not transferable.
• No purchase is necessary.
• Paramount reserves the right to substitute the advertised prizes (or any element(s) of the advertised prizes) for ones of equal value.
• Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to agree to be bound by them by entering this competition.
• An entrant's data will only be retained by Paramount where the entrant consents to such retention. The winners' data will be used for the purposes of supplying the prize (in this case the data may be transferred to other entities for the purposes of supplying the prizes) and the winners' names and areas in which they live will be published in the winners' list. Paramount will retain the entrants' data for as long as is necessary in order to ensure that valid winners have been selected and that the prizes have been fully provided.
