ICESAVE -- anyone through on the phone?

Has anyone managed to get through to Icesave on the 0845 605 6050 number? I find it always engaged or I'm placed in a queue. Any advice on best time to get through much appreciated.

I closed my Icesave account last Friday (3 Oct), and transferred the residue of my balance. Predictably enough, the Icesave account is now shut, but the pending balance transfer by BACS never took place. So, the money is lost in cyberspace, as my Icesave account no longer exists

Anyone in the same position? Advice?

I had to phone as I had locked myself out of the account. Waited until 7.20 on Thursday evening and got through straight away.
