Just been speaking to my dad (who is a funtain of knowledge for any diy questions!) and he said if you cannot find one anywhere you could find a normal screw of the correct size to fit the hole, then meausre it out to the size you need, remove the excess screw including the head. Once you have done this just cut a line across the top of the screw (like the head of the screw would have) and that would solve the problem.
Hope this makes sense!!finally debt free and want to keep it that way!!0 -

asked the source of knowledge (lol) and he said you would need a hacksaw, hold the screw in a nut if you have one and carefully saw a line acroos the top!

a junior hacksaw would cut a groove for a screwdriver
If there is an engineering factory anywhere near to you, nip in and ask them for a replacement grubb screw alternatly a motor mechanics workshop or supplier.0 -
I have always found that a great source of little things like that is your local tractor dealer.0
