    I can't do diets Bunny or I would join in. The whole pointing or measuring thing just doesn't work for me - or rather it does then when I stop it all goes straight back on again! I'm trying to make wee permanent changes instead and get off my butt more...will join in the no drinking during the week (after I finish my bottle of wine :-) and general non-eating of junk though.

    Which is why SW would be great for you. No real need to weigh or measure anything, no points ;)

    You can still Join in Skinty, you dont have to follow the SW regeime to join the SW thread, Jinky did her own thing last time too. We just check in most days and give each other encouragement and support.

    We had a spreadsheet and everyfink:D
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
