  • Spud and Skinty-I'll re-join the SW thread if you do...I started it after all, lol.
I need to do something as I am the heaviest I've ever been (except when pregnant) and it's so upsetting.

    We can do it, together...

Why not join it with me Spud.......we can be weight loss buddies:A

I have already braved the SW thread and made a start today:j

Off to Netto soon to get the stuff on my meal plans for the week.............If anyone hears me even contemplating ordering a take away, you have my permission to stop talking to me for at least 2 days.......:D

    That would kill me:rotfl:

My downfall is that I dont plan properly so I keep getting caught out with the "nothing in the house to make a decent meal out of" problem, that and the fact that my 2 boys have suddently decided that its OK to eat all the stuff for packed lunches before they make the packed lunch box. I end up in the supermarket about 4 times a week:rolleyes:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

  • Afternoon all been cleaning and not much else.

Sar, the weight will just come back when you start enjoying your food again, after a big shock (even if you sort of knew it was coming) its had to know what you have been eating and you might have been eating less with out realising it. Unfortunately I fall in to the eating more just generally so will be joining Lou and skinty in a attempt to lose weight,

and continue with my make over quest.

and Jinky, hope it was good!! and at least it was a packet of crisps you are familar with and not a strange packet of crisps that you don't know.

*hopes she doesn't sound like a complete nutter*

    Nevertheless she persisted.
