Here’s an example of my projected profit and loss mate, a few details edited, as I don’t want my company financials all over the net, but it should give you some idea.

If you plan to do your P&L yourself rather then getting an accountant, a bit of self-training will be in order. The best book I have seen and read on this is "Accounts Demystified" by Anthony Rice. Don't know if it's currentyl in print. There are very clear worked examples and you will learn the difference between a Debit and a Credit transaction in your Accounts. Profit & Loss are carefully explained too.0
