can we cancel our ozforex currency order-Our savings are in kaupthing!

Hi please can someone give us some urgent advice?
We exchanged some money on Tuesday from UK to AUD via Ozforex. Little did we know that Kaupthing would go under during this time. Our savings are in here. Can we cancel our ozforex order due to this? Obviously we cant help the fact the whole global financial sector has gone belly up!
Do we have a good case as they obviosuly buy the currency for you and expect payment into their account within 2/3 days?
They are not open today so would like to know if anyone else is in the same situation or who knows where we stand with this?
Who knows when we will get our money back as we made a transfer on wed and it still hasnt appeared in our uk account?:confused:

    When Kaupthing Edge encountered difficulties, withdrawals were not able to be completed. This is now being resolved and we are in the process of clearing the backlog of pending transactions. ING Direct will honour all withdrawals as soon as possible.

    Hi thanks for that. Although we know that the money will appear at some time do you know whether Ozforex could cancel our order due to this situation? We were supposed to have transferred the money to them by now. Who knows when we can get this done?
    Is there anyone out there that has been in touch with any exchange company who are in the same situation as us who has ordered money but hasnt been able to continue with the transaction due to their savings being tied up in an icelandic/similar bank? if so what have been the outcome for you-have you been able to cancel your order?

    I suspect that the only two organisations who can adequately answer your questions are ING & Ozforex - telephone calls on Monday morning?
