I have had some problems recently. I have emailed them. Saw this on there.

Times Online has recently introduced a new registration system. This new system has a taken a little longer to "bed down" and readers may experience sporadic problems when logging in. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you registered on the old system (ie. prior to November 28, 2007), you will need to go through an upgrade process that includes verifying your e-mail address. This process should be painless but in the event of a problem, please see our revised FAQs or if it is not covered there then contact customer services

I emailed their customer services. They have emailed me back and sorted it out. Worth emailing them if you can't log on. :)
