Ice Save Savers .... what happens next?

My partner has an ISA with IceSave. As far as we are aware there is no need to panic and our money is guaranteed. However, what is the procedure now? Do we wait to be contacted? Is there an organisation we are supposed to contact to lodge a claim? What is the expected time scale and when should we expect to have the money back? I have searched the website and can find nothing on what action to take if your bank/savings institution collapses (unless its there but I can't see it - then please direct me) This would make a very useful article Martin

Swipe,Thanks for your prompt and helpful response. I clearly don't see things unless they are put right under my nose!
