Hi MSE's ,
I am interested in making a website and have looked at all different hosts and how to build them and i think i'm ok with the building now , now its just the hosting.
I am currently looking at http://www.justhost.com they got great unlimited bandwidth package for £3.95 a month and 6 months free so i was wonderng what you think of this and what i should know about owning my onw website. Are there any risks?
They also provide you with the Domain, so if you could give me some advice and also , do you know if it is easy to add banners for affiliates to websites and how to add java etc?
Thank you very much

Never used them myself but seem quite reasonable and offer a 30 day money back guarantee. I would read the small print, and if thats a "no quibble" money back guarantee, its worth giving it a go. If they do what they say on that there page.
The uptime of 99.9% works out that the servers will be down for 18hours every year (not all at once) which is fair enough for maintenance, repair ect which seems reasonable to me."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

To be fair, if the site is aimed mainly at a UK audience, it should load faster from a UK host, but then again, our internet infrastructure is so rubbish it probably won't make a difference!Ubuntu is an ancient African word, meaning: 'I can't configure Debian'.0

i use rv sitebuilder to build sites. it has 500+ templates and wysiwyg and html editors. affiliate links and banners are easy to cut and paste into headers, footers and side panels, as is google adsense.0

wow , you literally copy and paste it!!

It is obviously very confusing for a beginner like me , is it really that easy???
I don't need anything like a database or anything ,
also, can we have the rv sitebuilder downloaded on your computer for free or do we have to do it online?
Thank you for all your answers , i am one step closer to opening my site
By the way , if anyone don't mind can they show me an example of a website you have built
Thank you very much
