Oooooh thanks meher, I shall certainly try that :D. I do prefer spearmint personally, but if it has to be peppermint so be it.

Sorry no stamford, I won't kill helpless little mice so thanks for your advice but I will pass on it... :o

By the way, no signs of any mice today, and I checked all the places carefully! :)

Bet you tried telling them to P off last night then Q!;) Although I understood it was supposed to be something nice along the lines of "you are really sweet and lovely, but I cannot have you in my house and would like you to leave".

Popped back tonight to offer to send you a bag with some used p***y litter - that would have made them move out by the time it got delivered.........but you might have had to move out as well:rotfl: :rotfl:

Thank you for liking my battiness - it isn't something I have much choice about really:o I am deeply honoured at the notion of having posted the battiest post ever on one of your threads :D

    Actually I said to them:

"Now look here, I do like little mice, I've seen them in pet shosp and you lot are sooo cute, but your habits are not compatible with mine - so would mind being ever so kind and leaving these premises? I would be so grateful and I promise always to send good vibes to you in my thoughts every time I see those sweet piccies of mice on cards etc. And here's to you, I'm having this glass of fine wine to your health. :)

Now p**s the hell outta here"

    :rotfl: :rotfl: ;)
Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.

I promise not to say a word! And if it does get out in DT - you can always say that you didn't want to hurt the feelings of that batty old bag Moggy - and were astounded when it worked:D .................and that you were slightly tipsy on the very fine wine when you tried it:D

    I like it :D

Mind you, meher's advice to use peppermint oil is not bad either. Can't go greener than that, and fresh smelling flat too!

  • I was going to mention one person I knew who asked the mice if they would leave if she fed them in her shed - they did. I didn't want to appear batty either but it may work?

O dear. When I talk to my budgies they pay no attention. Maybe mice are more sensible then?:p
