Orchid Dialler Problem

I have just checked my BT bill and I've noticed that a few calls have not been routed through Call 1899 by my Orchid dialler. It appears to be random and they are all geographical numbers.
It is only about 6 calls out of a couple of hundred that my wife has made over the last quarter!! But I'm puzzled as to why this has happened. Has anyone got any ideas?

yeah same here.. I've got about 4 not routed. I'm putting it down to when I altered things for the clocks going back.0

just a thought did you update yor dialler when the time changed in October .If not it would be an hour out and some calls may not be diverted where you wanted then .0

No. It's the basic dialler with no time settings.0

Might THIS be the reason?Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

hmm very possible heinz, I think I'll check in future, as the calls were few and rather random really.0
