Internet/email wireless connection problem!!!!

Good Evening all, Please can someone out there help me before I throw not only my computer out of the window but also myself. Sorry but this is going to be a long one.

We have a Philips SNA6500 wireless base station, have had this for over 12 months now and everything seemed to be going ok, it does have a blip every now and again where it won't stay connected to the internet but that is no major thing (well I don't think so).

Anyway we came back from a weeks holiday to find that we could not print from our main computer (printer connected to base station to offer wireless printing from other computer and laptop). Did the usual thing of re-booting machine and printer (even though they had all been off for a week anyway). After messing about with firewalls managed to get printer to work.

OH then booted up other machine (wireless) to check for emails but couldn't connect to internet, wireless network showing excellent signal. Base station showing connection and other machine on internet so couldn't understand why no connection. Tried internet on wireless machine and no connection available. Tried to diagnose problem but came up with contact your network administrator, that's me and I have tried everything I can.

I have re-set base station, re-installed software, and can still not access internet from wireless computer or wireless laptop. I did a quick search on here for internet/wireless problems and followed some of the tips given to others eg pinging and this all worked and showed a connection so please please please before I do damage to something could someone out there help.

yes I did, exactly as they gave me. I even got OH to check what I was inputting.

What I can't understand is that I can access the internet on our main machine which is connected to the base station by ethernet cable, but not via any of the wireless computers

After the reset, what did you do regarding the wireless encryption settings? e.g. WPA - PSK key. This will need setting up again.

Sorry I took so long getting back to you all.

Yes I entered all the settings - I followed the original setup instructions to make sure I had entered everything I needed to.

I have three machines - main pc which is ethernet connected to the router, wireless pc (speaks for itself on connection), and wireless laptop. Both wireless machines ping the router but just cannot access internet or emails. Main pc can access internet but is not set up for emails.

If you can open up a cmd window again (like you did to ping)

on each of the 3 machines type in ipconfig/all and of you could post the results -
