I need a favour

I am hoping that one of my work colleagues is not having me on and that the above is actually Welsh (he assures me it is). I think it is something to do with taking payments into consideration before a final payment amount is taken.

Can anybody translate for me

I dont speak Welsh but I got this translation from a free online translater (http://www.translation-guide.com):

"if we will be having any holdings before this , only the sum who ' is heartburn continue I be duly the we will be crookedly you go collect"

Not much help to you but it made me laugh!! And anyway, it sounds like it could be something to do with payments!

I hope that someone with a better grasp of the Welsh language comes along soon!!
