  • No they have provided me with nothing and sent the postal order back.
    I asked them to provide me with credit agreement, statement of account and notice of assignment. Do they not still have to provide the latter two?

    Technically, they should but it wouldn't help much.
    I would send the "prove it" letter - if tey have a copy of the airtime agreement this will prove that you own the debt. If they don't have a copy of the agreement then how do you know it isn't someone elses agreement you are paying for?
