    No they have provided me with nothing and sent the postal order back.
    I asked them to provide me with credit agreement, statement of account and notice of assignment. Do they not still have to provide the latter two?

    i had a contract with t mobile and i think i did leave an outstanding bill.

    Technically, they should but it wouldn't help much.
    I would send the "prove it" letter - if tey have a copy of the airtime agreement this will prove that you own the debt. If they don't have a copy of the agreement then how do you know it isn't someone elses agreement you are paying for?
