Kaupthing BACS transaction now in account!

Hi Everyone,
Having checked my recipient account this monring and seeing nothing, I have now checked again and the transaction I made from Kaupthing on Monday through BACS is now sitting in my account in First Direct.
I am still waiting for my other two transactions that I did on Tuesday, but this is a very good start. Feeling a bit happier now and very hopeful it will all be ok.
Thanks to everyone for their support on this website.

Hi all,
I made a BACS withdrawal which apparently "left" my Kaupthing account on Wenesday 8th Oct, a huge amount of money and no sign of it yet at the destination (FD). First time buyer here trying to secure a mortgage, scary times...

I wouldn't worry. My BACS transfer which was effected 6th October did not turn up in my linked account until mid-day on 10th October.
ING have a big backlog to deal with.0
