Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all registered Nectar cardholders aged 18 and over except employees of Loyalty Management UK Limited or anyone else connected with the promotion.
2. Collectors will receive one entry per unique account when they either a) redeem a 20, 30, 40 or 50 Track Bundle from the Nectar Music Store between 1st and 23rd October 2008 or b) download the FREE Dido track “Look No Further” between 1st and 15th October 2008.
3. The prize is a trip for two to a Dido Fan Event at a secret location in the United States on Saturday 8th November 2008 including return flights for two to the nearest U.S. city to the event, four nights’ hotel accommodation and £500 spending money. The prize draw will take place on Friday 24th October 2008 and will be supervised by an independent judge. The prizewinner will be the first name drawn at random from valid entries. The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable. It will be the full responsibility of the prizewinner and their chosen guest to obtain all relevant visa/entry documentation to ensure access to the United States. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for this.
