Anything on your credit file is on your credit file. The only thing showing on his credit reference file that would show is if you and he have financial joint products and they have had problems.
I'm not aware of the situation around the cifas marker but is this fraud commited by you or against you?? Sorry to ask but it's obviously important
If it's you that is the victim of fraud and debts run up in your name then I would have thought it should be getting removed once you prove you were not the person taking out the credit?DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

A standard CRB check for convictions would not show up anything to do with his financial situation, certainly not yours.
It was originally intended to cross reference the identity stuff and addresses on the CRB form with the credit reference agencies but this proved completely impracticable. However, you may still see questions and statements on the CRB that suggest this will happen. It does not.
Even an enhanced check would only uncover stuff to do with any fraud he had committed that was known to the police but not prosecuted. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
