Car insurance scam - made up witness !!!

The same happened to my OH, a car pulled our of a side road without looking and knocked him off his motobike.
The car driver produced a witness some weeks after, who just happened to be his neighbour.
There were no witnesses at the time, the police confirmed that, the best my OH got was an 80/20 fault settlement, in favour of the other driver.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
