    I saw that thread a few days back, I didn't even realise they still made them. I sued to use one years ago, and gave up because I found it cheaper to buy bottles of pop ie supermarkets own brand or branded BOGOF

    The thing is more people are going to be in the same position we are now because they are concentrating on pushing their new machines through Lakeland etc. Then a year down the line they change the cylinder connection and your machine is obsolete. Most of the people on that thread have machines that are less than two years old.
    Regarding cost, many of us do it because it is more environmentally friendly and convenient. Well it was until my machine was rendered obsolete by their changing the cylinders 'again'!
