Help for a friend please

Im trying to help a friend who is a little unsure of what she needs to do in the following situation
She doesnt work her hubby does 35 hrs a week 15k a year no childcare as this is now stopped
This is a recent drop and she has told tax credits who sent out new paperwork and i says
WTC other than childcare £964
Childcare element of wtc £977
child tax credit £5138
Can anyone please tell me to pass on to her what the 2nd bit childcare elelment means as she no longer claims for any childcare
Secondaly with this income does she qualify for milk tokens and one of those white nhs exemption certificates and if so how does she get one?
Also is there anything else she could look at claiming

The only thing I can think of is that the childcare element runs on a month after it's no longer needed-does that make any sense? Other than that she would be best to ring and ask.Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!0

If she has claimed help towards childcare earlier in the year it will still be shown on her award as she was paid it within this tax year.0
