Icesave memorable name

I've forgotten my login details because I always log in via Egg Money Manager but am on a different PC today.

Does anyone know how long the memorable name had to be to help me remember what it was?

Hi richgw,
The memorable name is at least eight letters. If you can't remember and enter wrong letters the account access may be locked. To unlock the account, or to get access to it, phone 0845 605 6050 (it will answer in about fifteen minutes, so be patient) and they will give your four letters and e-mail six more to your email address. Enter these ten letters and you can re-enter your account and rediscover your memorable details. Hope this helps.

Thanks for that. The most memorable name I have only has 6 letters so that's where I've gone wrong and I am now locked out. I'll give them a ring...
