I guess I work on the principle of you cant moan something is wrong and not be prepared to at least try and do something about it - hence my email to Montagne Jeunesse about a technical glitch on their website which meant you couldnt enter their competition as it kept defaulting to a wrong page. (I also email / phone to praise things I find particularly good as well as the ones about problems.) I got a pleasant email back thanking me, then another to say it was fixed so I could now enter and they would send me some sachets as a thank you.
Forgot all about it and then came home yesterday to a pack of 8 different sachets and a really nice hand written note to say thank you. Yes, good marketing and it really gives a good impression of the company - but it also made my day as it was so nicely done.
So well done Montagne Jeunesse for having the human touch.:T
