Hi all, I'm in a sorry state again... I fell off my wall today and have tendon damage in my ankle :o luckily I didn't break it. Looking on the bright side though, I'm not noticing the pain in my back so much when I try to walk now :rotfl:

Ok, just off to read back to see what you've all been up to all day.

Well in fairness it's only a small wall, but I climbed on it because there are some brambles which are growing out of control and Amber got scratched by them the other day, so I climbed up to cut them back a bit. Of course my balance is all a bit off because I'm more front heavy than usual so i went flying. I'm ok and no real harm done other than a painful ankle.
