Anyone else have these???? Took us a while to work these out till We went and looked up for the instructions.. I dunno whats cheaper to use the electric fire or.. the heaters...

They use off-peak electricity (midnight to 7AM?) to heat breeze blocks up that then radiate the heat back into the room. Using an electric fire is likley to work out more expensive, depending how long the fire was used each day."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

Use the economy 7, the electricity is cheaper. If it is a bit chilly in the evening then, by all means top up with an electric heater if you really have to. But at least, the bulk of your heating will be done by cheaper economy7. If you have a top up heater, make sure that it has a thermostat fitted. Whatever type of fire it may be.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0
