FCSC - Multiple Claims

I've been trying to find out about multiple £50,000 claims but can't find anything.
Here's what I'd like to know.
If one had £50.000 in three separately registered banks - not umbrella banks - and they all went bust would one be able to claim the from the FCSC for each bank and amount or is the FCSC limited to a maximum of £50,000. pay out per person.
For how long is this in effect? One year, ten years, forever?

Each bank, hence why it is recommended you keep less than £50000 in each institution

Per person, per bank. You can claim any number of times for ever.
So in your example you could claim £150,0000 -
