OR check out www.taomart.com. They vehemently deny they are copies but realistically they probably are very very good copies if thats your thing. The quality is excellent and they come in nice presentation boxes although the english writing is a bit random. Postage is a bit steep but they still work out v cheap on some items.

Have you used them before? I'm a bit wary to sign up before I know a bit more about them and also do I need to give them my details before I find out how much postage is?
    Thanks

yes i've ordered quite a few bits and pieces. They only accept paypal, but i think if you put an item into your basket you get info on postage more or less on the next step. Also its worth noting that their postage isnt as steep on average if you order a couple of items.

I've had no problems at all with them - for example i got all 20 james bond movies for £24ish delivered... came in about a week.

    pgilc1,

seems like postage is $20 from US, $25 from W.Europe, for one item and an extra $5 per extra item, surprisingly not on weight.

Did you get yours from US or Europe? The latter will not attract HM Customs and maybe quicker?

They seem to have another site for cds and games. http://www.mornshop.com/

Ordered mine from taomart on 5th, posted in Shanghai, with Pacel Post tracking number. Arrived yesterday so 7 days not bad. No Customs duty

Sealed Asian retail version as stated on site, NTSC, region 3. as it is a present I have been reluctant to remove wrapper.

I dont know if their English is poor, it said on web different postage rates FROM various regions, implying they would be posted from partners in those regions, but I think they mean TO

thanks mum- how do you change from ntsc to PAL? I notice the French versions are PAN & SCAN is that the same as PAL? Do the US versions display ok on our TVs?Sorry for all the questions!

Nope. Pan and Scan means the regular 4:3 fullscreen TV aspect ratio - i.e. Not widescreen.
  • I've bought stuff from US previously (dvd's, trainers, etc) using http://www.americangoodies.com/ and never had to pay duty.
