icesave account reactivated, but balance shows ZERO

I just checked my icesave account which was closed on Monday night, of course with the money not being able to transfer through.

It is now allowing me to log in with resetting my password, but when I logged in, the balance is showing zero.......................................

Better check if you are in the same boat. Going to call the custer service tomorrow. (closed now)

Please try not to worry (easier said than done I know!), I too was in the same situation and initially earlier today showed a nil balance after the a/c was reinstated.
a few hours later the balance appeared.

I just managed to get into mine. It shows as opening on 9/10/08. I have had the account for a long time but closed it saturday - presumably this means not being able to prove the interest owed? Not that I can grumble too much, just happy to see it again.

Now its just fingers crossed for KE.....

mine too -they told me the money is there and should re appear soon -have not checked yet will do in next 10 minutes.

interesting the lovely icesave lady told me that all call are recorded and please note time and date of the call.

My closed account was reopened yesterday. The balance of £7000 has re-appeared this morning. I can breathe again. Sort of.
Hope others get their money back in their icesave accounts today as well.
