How do I overcome internet addiction?
Streetperson
Specifically business news, stock market performance, and anything to do with Icesave.
My productivity has been pretty near zero since Monday - and it's a good job I have unlimited internet access at work.
I have done slightly better today but tomorrow I am promising myself that I WILL NOT LOG ON TO BBC OR MSE until at least ......10.00am
It is worse than giving up smoking.
Any help would be appreciated:rotfl:

The worse part is the passage of time it is like being in a time machine the minutes disappear that fast.'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0
