Does that mean that we have to wait until they get the 20k back from Iceland? I thought we were to be paid but they would try to claim the amount they were liable for afterwards.Icesave customers' money is safe, but more details are expected on Friday about how they will be able to claim their savings back.

After several days unable even to login to Icesave, having closed account on Sunday, I was able to login around 3pm today, but there was no account shown. NOW, 8pm, I see my account has reappeared, and I am relieved to see the money is still there!0

The Icelandic PM has a nerve complaining, he is a disgrace who tried to nationalise and take British savers assets to prop up his economy and currency! Gordon Brown has said Iceland's behaviour regarding it's banks is "totally unacceptable". I agree with him!
