Icesave account update

Hi

I tried to transfer some money from my account Monday night. Tuesday woke up to find it had gone from the Icesave account. Checked daily to see if it would appear in my current account - no joy. Just checked now (Thursday evening) and its back in the Icesave account. It's not ideal, but at least it's not lost somewhere in cyber-world.

Have printed out summaries of both accounts in case the website locks us out of login process.

Likewise, I tried to reduce my balance in Icesave on Tuesday night and until tonight the money was shown as processed. However tonight the transaction is shown reversed as a "correction". Which was not authorise and is therefore theft. The big problem I now face is raising an equivalent sum of money to pay for building works in progress right now! Let's encourage the FSCS to move rapidly on this or ther's going to be a great deal of serious misery about.
