Selling Paintings on eBay

Hi Guys and Gals!

Been lurking for a few weeks and now have a question!

Does anyone know much about Sir Kyffin Williams paintings and prints, apparently he is pretty ill suffering from cancer, his paintings so Im told are a good investment. I see a quite a few are being sold on eBay. Does anyone know how much profit there is in buying these and selling them on eBay?

But why not check completed sales. You will need to do some work and research on this I would have thought.

If they are an investment surely you buy them and keep them for a few years and then re-assess the market.

If they are then you don't really wanna be advertising it?! ::) I wouldn't! I would suggest that if you like the painting then buy it and if it is worth sh*tl0ads in the future then lucky you! If you don't like it then it will be a burden. Usually paintings etc do go up in value when the artist dies! Morbid but true! I wuold probably take the chance if I had the money!
I have the privilage of having William Turner in my family! Only just found out so wanna check out details! I just feel proud!
