Which savings accounts can be opened immediatley on line without sending IDs in ?

I opened a Braford & Bingley account recently that required my driving licence number and passport number to avoid having to send in hard copied of other forms of ID
Can anyone tell me which other banks permit this whilst opening savings accounts please?
