Scandenavians: where are they ?

I thought the Nordic countries had some sort of alliance/agreement to support each other ?
Can't seen any signs other than the Swedes have stepped away from their Smorgast boards and offered a few Krona.
Norway seems to playing "keep your head down and nobody will notice us".
Denmark must pre-occupied with day light saving time and the shipping forecast.
Finland, well guess they're all P ***** and haven't realised there's a finacial crisis.
So next stop Russia ........ so much for good neighbours :mad:
