Hi,
I have a base rate tracker mortgage of base + 0.48%. Does anyone know when HSBC will reduce my rate from 5.48% to 4.98%?
Thanks
Justin

My tracker mortgage is just about to start with HSBC. I was told, and I checked my docs, that the rate changes the next day. Let the good times roll!:p0

LOL!
im waiting for mine to start (its all going through - hopefully)
used to be on a 0.00 above base rate with RBS (i.e 4.5%) - but had to remortgage - went for the lifetime tracker with HSBC.
so i'll still be paying more than i was, but not much more. (5.29%)0 -
