Had an e-mail from the OR basically saying it is not legislation that has been brought in but they have changed the way their letters are sent out. The wording now reads as suspened. He thanked me very much for bringing it to his attention and seeing as it was their mistake my case would remain closed and they will honour my DISSLOVED IPA.

I'm sure the email you sent was polite.
They shouldn't get their back up for their own mistake anyway.

Well done dalip. As I am not that far down the road yet, I am unsure, but if an IPA is put in place for, say, 36 months, does this mean that it can finish earlier, and if so what are the circumstances that would cause the OR to allow this?BSC member 2040
