I am so peeved with the greed of these companies.

We have just had a breavement of a very close relative and I have theatre tickets booked for tonight for buddy at the duchess theatre through lastminute.com, not only is there "nothing they can do" but the girl at the duchess was a b**** who couldn't care less and practically slammed the phone down as soon as she'd said this. And the guy at lastminute's demands on proof if we wanted to pass the tickets on were just ridiculous :mad: :mad: :mad:
Email confirmation, a written letter signed by the person who booked them etc etc. Last time I booked a hotel with lastminute they hadn't even reserved us a room so we turned up for there to be no booking but they'd taken the money. Why is everything always in their favour!?!

And to add insult to injury, I've been a member of the 'Buddy' fan club for the last 10 years or so which they can stick you know where
