Anglo-Irish fixed rate savings 7.05%

In light of anticipated interest rate drops, The Anglo-Irish are advertising fixes from 3, 6, & 9 months, plus 1 and 2 yrs fixed rates up to 7.05%.
I think I am right in saying the Irish government have given a 100% deposit guarantee but I have this nagging thought that I have read somewhere that they have capped it at 100,000 Euro's
