One Volunteer Customer from Each Bank Re:Kaupthing Edge

We are being assured that money is just slightly delayed. I would say the next step to establishing if this is indeed the truth (since there are others that doubt this) is that we need one person from each institution to call their banks and ask them if payments have been received in from Kaupthing Edge bank - it might not be YOUR payment but we need to establish if Money is coming FROM the bank at all.

Any volunteers? (I may have missed out some banks - unintentional)

Post back and state your bank so that we don't make duplicate calls to the banks.

My linked account is with sainsburys bank. The transfer was made on Tue and takes three working days.
For closure of fixed term accounts - I closed on Tue and they said it would take 48 hours. If it has not been done by tomorrow I will call them.

I will keep you posted on situation, with an update tomorrow evening!

Thanks Ray, Anyone with an outstanding payment, willing to quiz their own bank about whether or not ANY payments have been received from Kaupthing - like I've said, it doesn't need to be YOUR payment - we need to establish if money is being paid out of this bank - to ANY other institution.
