Have you tried https://www.windowsstartup.com
This will identify the start up items, however I do notice that you have the dreaded tkbell.exe on the list.
This is the real player startup item and even if you disable it, it has a way of getting itself back on to your startup list.
However it isnt a virus, and thankfully you can get rid of it, but I cannot remember how now! Hopefully a google search might help?Old Faithful we roam the range together,

Try install spyware cleaner like: http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx
Maybe that will help.
Try uninstalling any software you do not use andmore
or even better, giving your pc a reformat and fresh install of your OS.Kind Regards

format is a last resort
with a bit of decent PC housekeeping with Ccleaner from www.ccleaner.com and the use of a utilities program like Ace utilies or regScrubber from http://regscrubber.com/pp.htm means that there is never any need to reload the OS
If you already have spybot on your Pc then turn on the Advanced tools option , there is a start up manager in there that identifies most of the crapEx forum ambassador
