Hello!
I was wondering if someone could help me identify my PS2...I bought it to replace my old faulty one; it looks like on old style one, but has a flap on top with what looks like a z or o z embossed on it!
It's more curiousity as I've never seen one like this and I can't see one in Google images.
I do have a picture, but don't know how to upload it onto here...
Thanks...:D

http://images.google.co.uk/images?um=1&hl=en&q=ps2 There is a PS2 with a flap that opens (2nd picture down on left), I guess that isn't the one though? My suggestion and/or advice is my own and it is up to you if you follow it, please check the advice given before acting on it.0

As far as I recall the flip tops were a custom adaption to use 'disc magic' or some other disc swap program to enable you to play 'backup' discs. I don't think they were ever made by Sony.0

Are you sure it isn't a standard Slimline PS2 (which are the current models made by Sony)? I think they all have top loading discs."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

No...I've done a bit more digging and it's definitely an old playstation 2 with a mod case (disk magic?)...
Thank you for the link to the images; I had searched google images previously but hadn't seen it...
Thanks again to everyone whos replied/helped!
